CHUNKY SABLE BISCUITS

วัตถุดิบ :

     1000g cool butter

     1600g flour

     140g grated hazelnuts

     140g almond powder (100%)

     600g powder sugar

     5g salt

     70g corn flour

     3 whole eggs

     500g Callebaut chocolate chunks white


วิธีทำ :

 Add and mix in. Roll out.

 Sprinkle richly on the dough and roll them in.

 Bake at 180°C for +/- 15 minutes.

BUTTERFLY COOKIES
วัตถุดิบ :

      1L water 
      2,5 kg flour 
     100 g sugar 
     200 g butter 
     30 g salt 
     250 g entire eggs 
     100 g yeast
     1.25 kg butter
     Add to the dough at 3 x 3 spins.

วิธีทำ :

 Knead all ingredients together for 8 minutes at lowest speed.

 Creme dell'Artigiano Nocciola roll out to 3mm. thickness

  1. Roll out dough, spread the cream evenly on top.
  2. Fold up the dough.
  3. Cut the dough in equal-size pieces and twist them once in the middle.

BUTTER BISCUITS

วัตถุดิบ :

      360g butter - room temperature 
      360g white sugar candy

      270g flour 
      200g oat flakes

      4g salt 
      10g baking powder

      3 whole eggs

      120g Callebaut Chocolate Chunks - white


วิธีทำ : 

 Add and mix

 Roll out in cilinders of 5 cm thick and wrap in a sheet of baking paper.

 Leave to rest in the fridge and cut off slices of 1 cm thick. Bake off at 200°C during 12 minutes.
