An inspiring and insightful pizza masterclass celebrating the finest 100% Italian wheat flour from Molino Casillo at the “Molino Casillo: Pizza MasterClass”, organised by Jagota in collaboration with TICC at iO – Italian Osteria Bangkok.
Guided by Chef Alfonso Cantarelli alongside Gianluigi “Gigi” Griguzzo, the session showcased the craftsmanship behind authentic Italian pizza. Guests gained valuable insights into the qualities of 100% Italian wheat flour and the techniques behind creating true Italian-style pizza.
The event concluded with a delicious selection of freshly baked pizzas made with Molino Casillo flour, offering a variety of styles and flavours.
