– Chef George Kay – Head Chef at Alex Dilling at Lord Jim’s, he brings bold precision and a fresh take on Provençal-style classics to Bangkok’s iconic Lord Jim’s.
– Chef Charlie Wilson – Head Chef of Michelin-starred Aulis Phuket, his style fuses bold creativity with Simon Rogan’s deeply rooted farm-to-table philosophy, spotlighting local Thai produce.
