Jagota x The ‘Green Gastronomy’ Tatler Off Menu 2025 by Tatler Thailand

Jagota was proud to be part of the ‘Green Gastronomy’ Tatler Off Menu 2025 by Tatler Thailand, held at Suralai Hall, 7th Floor, ICONSIAM.
The ‘Green Gastronomy’ Tatler Off Menu 2025 by Tatler Thailand was an event that brought together 17 renowned chefs from leading restaurants and bars to curate an exclusive menu using seasonal ingredients and a ‘low-waste’ cooking method.
The event showcased an exceptional selection of premium cheeses and cold cuts from Jagota, including GrandOr Gouda Wheel Young Cryovac 48+, Beillevaire Brie Maubert, Zanetti Grana Padano, Porxas Serrano Ham Block 1/2 Extra Polished, Belloterra Acorn-fed Iberian Salchichón, and more. The evening was also complemented by refreshing evian natural mineral water – both still and sparkling. The curated menu also featured some of Jagota’s finest ingredients, including Bafun Uni in KHAAN’s menu and Sir Harry Wagyu Striploin MB 6–7 in Castello Di Bellagio’s menu.
