brings together two culinary cultures—Mediterranean and Thai—through a chef collaboration series inspired by 2 chefs. One kitchen. No borders, where stories are expressed through flavor with refined artistry.
Presented through a collaboration between Evian, The Allium Bangkok, and Jagota.
Led by Chef Nick – Nutthapol Pavapaiboon, chef-owner of Wang Hinghoi and Evian Brand Ambassador Thailand, alongside Chef Clément Hernandez of The Allium Bangkok and Co-President of Disciples Escoffier Thailand.
Drawing on their culinary foundations, the two chefs reinterpret a Mediterranean–Thai dining experience, showcasing the artistry of fire-driven cooking through premium ingredients such as and Mediterranean herbs, seamlessly blended with bold assorted Thai curry flavors—resulting in dishes that are rich, balanced, and full of character.
The evening is designed as a 6-course sharing experience in a Social Dining format, gradually revealing each course.
Tapas Fusion Entrée: Snail Sarong Golek, Lobster Cappelletti Tom Yum, Pan-seared Foie Gras Pad Cha, and Wagyu Massaman Paella
Main Course: Lamb Saddle Green Curry
Desserts: Pomegranate Sorbet Phulae and Pineapple Sticky Rice
The experience is complemented by a welcome drink (cocktail or mocktail), Evian natural mineral water, and a special cocktail crafted by Evian’s mixologist.
