Jagota hosted the official launch event of Margaret River Wagyu in Thailand at Penthouse Bar + Grill, Park Hyatt Bangkok. In addition to an informative session about Margaret River Wagyu, guests also enjoyed beef tastings which featured 14 delicious menus from an impeccable range of wagyu cuts, paired perfectly with carefully selected wines and Evian mineral water.
We had our butcher show with dry aged Thai Wagyu at James Madison, EmQuartier branch, showing the quality of local dry aged wagyu meat.
Jagota joined the luncheon event hosted by The Norwegian Seafood Council and tasted some upcoming seafood products from the Scandinavian waters.
