Jean-Claude Poimboeuf, Ambassador of France to Thailand, and his wife Madame Mariko Poimboeuf, to an exclusive five-course dinner featuring artisanal cheeses from Beillevaire at Le Bouchon Bangkok.
This delightful dinner showcased a variety of artisanal cheeses from Beillevaire, highlighted in a delicious menu that included:
1. Cervelle de Canut with Faisselle cheese
2. Warm goat cheese crottin salad
3. Chicken ballotine or beef flap with Fourme d’Ambert sauce
4. Tomme de Savoie potato gratin
5. Cheese platter featuring Beaufort d’รtรฉ and Brie de Meaux
6. Grand Suisse with red fruits
