The star of the night was the French–Cantonese twist dish, “Abalone Canton-Paris”. The special evening also featured Jagota’s premium products, including Sir Harry Wagyu Tenderloin MB 8-9, Fresh Atlantic Mackerel, Majestic Oysters No. 4, Fléchard butter, and Tatua cooking cream, further complemented by evian water, both still and sparkling.
