Jagota x evian x Chai Jia Chai x Maison Dunand Present Bonjour Le Dragon at Chai Jia Chai

What a magnificent nine-course dinner journey, “Bonjour Le Dragon”, wh ere East met West – Chai Jia Chai x Maison Dunand, in collaboration with Jagota and evian. The menu was curated by Chef Tsai Shih Wei, Executive Chef and Owner of Chai Jia Chai, and Chef Arnaud Dunand, Michelin-starred chef (Thailand 2024), evian Chef Ambassador, and owner of Maison Dunand.

The star of the night was the French–Cantonese twist dish, “Abalone Canton-Paris”. The special evening also featured Jagota’s premium products, including Sir Harry Wagyu Tenderloin MB 8-9, Fresh Atlantic Mackerel, Majestic Oysters No. 4, Fléchard butter, and Tatua cooking cream, further complemented by evian water, both still and sparkling.
