The Signature Sunday Brunch returned in grand style as VIU at The St. Regis Bangkok partnered with Disciples Escoffier Thailand.
On this special occasion, Executive Chef Matteo Fontana from The St.Regis Bangkok joined forces with another six renowned talented chefs to pay tribute to the legendary Georges Auguste Escoffier, the father of modern French cuisine.

This extraordinary brunch also featured premium selections from Jagota, including fine Beillevaire butters and cheeses like Beurre Demi-Sel, Fourme d’Ambert, Tomme Brûlée, and Picodon d’Ardèche, alongside caviar from Caviar House & Prunier, Geay oysters, and more.
Guests indulged in French classics reimagined—Oeuf Meurette, Lobster Chawanmushi, Wagyu Striploin with Truffle Béarnaise, the iconic Peach Melba—and enjoyed VIU’s lavish seafood bar, sushi station, and free-flow champagne.
