Assorted artisan cheeses from Beillevaire – Comté 24 Mois, Saint-Marcellin, Tomme Brûlée, Picodon d’Ardèche, and Fourme d’AmbertThe 4 Courses dinner was also presented with exceptional exclusive wine celebration featuring 27 prestigious Saint-Émilion Grands Crus Classés Châteaux. A truely rare tasting of over 90 Magnum bottles, with exceptional vintages spanning from 1989 to 2021.
