Merci to everyone who joined us for our unforgettable “French Cheese Discovery Night” at Gaston Bistro & Bar🧀✨, where the art of artisanal French cheesemaking by Beillevaire was introduced and beautifully guided by Jean-Philippe through a curated tasting session of 16 outstanding Beillevaire cheeses, ranging from cow’s milk to goat’s milk varieties.


Some of the Beillevaire cheeses highlighted during the evening included:

– Raclette Grand Cru
