As the official partner, Jagota is delighted to take part in this wonderful celebration throughout November, proudly sponsoring Geay oysters, Hammersley Inlet, Cocollos oysters, Maine lobsters, Normandy scallops, Australian mussels, and Manila clams.

The month kicked off with a magnificent Oyster Masterclass, Gala Dinner, and Oyster Shucking Competition, featuring special guests including 3-Michelin-Star Chef Alvin Leung, world champion Abby Zhang, Canada’s Oyster King Daniel Notkin, and award-winning mixologist Andrew Whibley.

Congratulations also go to Mr. Theerapat Jaiporn from Oyster Bar Bangkok, the SHUCK OFF THAILAND 2025 winner, who will represent Thailand at the China Shuck Off World Cup 2026 in Shanghai, China! 🇹🇭
