Riso Scotti showcase at the E-Tomato MasterClass & Aperitivo Italiano

Riso Scotti, our latest premium Italian risotto rice, was showcased at the E-Tomato MasterClass & Aperitivo Italiano, hosted by the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) and the Consortium of OI Pomodoro da Industria – Bacino Centro Sud Italia, at Biscotti Restaurant, Anantara Siam Bangkok.

On this special occasion, Jagota’s corporate chef, Pisuttha Nu-ked (Chef Gift), showcased her culinary expertise by preparing truffle risotto using Riso Scotti – Carnaroli, also known as “The King of Rice” and a favourite among chefs. The dish was elevated with premium truffle products from Boscor, including Salsa Tartufata Bianca (white truffle sauce) and Salsa Tartufata Nera (black truffle sauce), and finished with a drizzle of Condimento al Tartufo Bianco (olive oil with white truffle) and Condimento al Tartufo Nero (olive oil with black truffle).
